Pros

You will be able to advance pretty quickly if you are open to long hours and if you are mobile Good benefits including health insurance, stock options, 401K matching

Cons

If you aren’t mobile you won’t advance beyond a certain point You are not compensated for long hours and requirements of the job. I regularly worked 50+ hours a week probably closer to 60 or 70 during holiday and anniversary. In my first year as a Manager, I made 38K and I sold more than many other managers.

Pros

Learned a lot here. Could be an awesome place to work if management was a little more professional.

Cons

it’s really hard to focus in a place that constantly uses favoritism in the work place. Some managers were extremely unprofessional. And turnover was extremely high in my time there.
