Pros

Cool idea, lots of promise

Cons

Currently, a National Stylist. Do not work here. This company comes off like its all about styling and you don't have to worry about sales goals, but they just change the words. Metrics and trunk goals will rule your life and raises. If you don't hit whatever metric they pull out of their butt this week, you will be put on a 30 day probation. If you sales focused and don't have a problem working days times every week, this job might be for you.

Pros

Nice location Employee discount Relax work schedule

Cons

Projects are a joke. Hard time lines with no input from engineers. Take the pieces of agile that management likes (light on documentation, just enough QA, release after every scrum) without the other (the release is always broken, scope creep, no flexibility on timelines or features, implementation details created by stakeholders or managers, etc.). It's a mess. Management provides little career guidance or growth. Engineers get stuck in their current positions and have to leave the company to grow. This causes a high turnover rate.

Pros

Great co-workers. Pay is ok for call center work. Can move into other parts of the company. Manager/Team Leaders are supportive and actually help you.

Cons

The number of contacts you take and the behavior of customers can be extremely taxing. Your contacts are judged/valued with a bias in the customer's favor. Your team lead/manager changes often but I never had a bad one. During slow times your hours can be cut drastically and you will not have enough PTO to cover your lost wages. During the holidays you are required to work massive amounts of overtime.
