Pros
Relaxed environment. You can go get breakfast after you arrive. Sometimes discount on clothes.
Cons
They don't provide hardly any training. I was told they would provide 2 weeks of training. The first day, they gave us a brief intro to the company and then they show you to your desk and expect you to be able to do the job at that point on about the 2nd day on the job. The job is really complex and complicated and requires thorough training of new hires. They are not willing to provide that and expect you to get it by the 2nd and 3rd day. One of the senior managers gave me a strange look on the last day, but they told me on friday evening after I left work, that I was not to come back the following week. They don't even give people a chance to learn the job.
