Pros

Good discount on named brand. Good management, depending on who your manager is. Opportunity for advancement is easy, just tell HR you want to get into management and they will put you through training.

Cons

Bad manager at the end, my reason for leaving. Retail hours, so you have to work weekends and some holidays. Have to deal with customers and how much they complain.

Pros

good pay structure if you like a lot of OTs great employee discounts and you get first dip on marked downs good health benefits

Cons

Hard to get a bonus if your dept sales number sucks you're basically the head stock person got a store manager who's a micro manger and expects everybody to work, yet she's always on some sort of days off to attend to random events like sickness, funerals...etc etc blah blah blah
