Pros

Strong family. Nordstrom has a good reputation. The benefits ( if you qualify) are great. Proud to be related to the company.

Cons

Retail hours are challenging. Having to close then go back and open can be straining on family and friends, relationships.

Cons

Not flexible at all with changes in availability When the store is slow, your pay check suffers The week after Christmas lol

Great fashionable environment that allows you to learn a lot about the industry and how it works. Nice people, although a younger crowd. Discounts.

Cons

It took a while for them to get back to me on whether or not I had the job, and the drive is rather long from my house.
