Pros

Its really up to you as to how much money you make. If your good with people and can sell.. you can make anywhere from 60 - 100,000

Cons

Hours kind of suck. Having to work weekends and holidays is also a con.

Pros

Nordstrom is a great place to work if you are passionate about selling and passionate about the product you are selling. Salespeople work on commission, so as a salesperson, how ever much work you put into your job, you will receive that much more back in compensation. It is a great place to clientele and run your own business.

Cons

There is always pressure to make sales. If you are not a people person, this retail environment is probably not suited for you.
