Pros

Commission based, you get what you work for. Not strict with being on time and what you want to do around the store as long as you sell.

Cons

Return policy. Some customers would take advantage of Nordstrom's return policy (none) and return things that are damaged and couldn't be resold.

Pros

Commission is motivational and your pay is decided by your hard work. This is good for the most part. Your personality is everything.

Cons

Their return policy....it's non-existant. Returns hurt the employee and the company. Many people abuse the return policy. This can be extremely frustrating.
