The people you work with will be a great group of people. This includes some of the managers.

Cons

Bad management of store Lack of training Some management have a power struggle that's laughable. Rather than encouraging employees, they find it a good practice to shame those who aren't spear heading the only thing that they really seem to put any emphasis on there, which is their rewards cards.

Management pays special attention to the needs of their employees. The company's one rule -"Use your best judgment' gives much needed freedom for employees to do their best when assisting customers.

Cons

Unlike the full-line store, Rack locations are task-oriented. As a result, there is often a disproportionate amount of time dedicated to maintaining the store versus customer assistance. This conflict compromises the overall experience for the customer.
