Pros

Great experience loved my manager and co workers. They trained me on product lines and offered coaching and mentoring in areas were I needed growth and development .

Cons

I didn't like some of the picky and irate customers they were very demanding. The commission competition was also a bit much. There was a lot of back stabbing s d client stealing... So get ready!

Pros

Great, but sometimes stressful work environment. Work/Life balance, they are very much willing to work with you as far as hours go. You receive a cash bonus every time you reward a customer, 20% employee discount which work along with perks that occasional raise discount. Genuine open door policy. The managers are teaching and training you to eventually take their position and move up in the company if that is what you desire. Recognition of work, frequently rewarded. The relationships you build can either be a pro or con, it's all in how you interact and what you make it. Managements transparency with employees is uncanny and appreciated!

Cons

Must wear green or gray ID tee uniform which can be annoying and looks obnoxious. Pressure to reward customers can be a bit much a times, but trying will take you far when it comes to managers so you will have a chance to redeem yourself. Messiness amongst managers and employees a like can make things tense or uncomfortable but simply staying out of it can make things a lot better for you. In my nearly 2 years with the company I've seen several managers/assistants come and go due to numbers but not their at times tyrannical behavior. A closer eye should be kept.
