      Not a good place to work unless you are one of the favorites or have dirt on upper management!

      Pros

      There aren't many pros at this company. Maybe the new remodeled floors at the Goode building. It's close to chick fila.

      Cons

      Very political and way to much favoritism. Low merit percentages. No bonus for employees but upper management got stock options and select employees received "special awards" of stock. Some managers are lazy and throw the people who work for them under the bus! Salaries are lower than same positions at other companies.

      Company offers exceptional benefits and job security that are unparalleled in the workplace.

      Cons

      Advancement within this organization is highly centered around "legacy" position, who you know and willingness to "play the game" rather than professional qualifications and experience. Having worked at a variety of different companies in other industries, I have never witnessed the level of nepotism and favoritism within an organization than I have seen first-hand at this organization. Management also fosters and awards advancement to those individuals that are more dictatorial (reminiscent of the workplace 40 years ago), rather than individuals that foster a positive environment to promote professional growth. The company's management style is very antiquated with little interest in reforms. These attitudes impact both internal employees and attitudes of customers as they view the company.

      Great pay and benefits. Work inside and out.

      Cons

      Long hours. Work nights and weekends and holidays. Quality of life sucks. Anything and everything is your fault.
