      Pros

      Very Stable Company. Definitely room for growth. The salary is a little low compared to other companies, but has a great benefits package. This is a great company for a young entry level employee that will stay with one company.

      Cons

      Not a good company for older employees, because you need to put in 30 years to get a good retirement package.

      Pros

      Excellent pay and benefits. I am a OSS Clerk and the work isn't terrible. I report train movements and speak with train crews via phone or radio.

      Cons

      Everything is driven on seniority. Things won't change because the "old heads" don't want to see anyone doing better than them. Only 3 schedules to pick from and like any job there are several messy, miserable people who will do anything to bring you down with them. The managers are mostly the children or friends of upper mgmt. it's not what you know, but who you know @ this company...
