Pros

Lots and lots of perks. Depending on the project you are assigned to the job can be very interesting and challenging. Great for people with families.

Cons

Too much weight is on the perks and too little on the salary. Projects are mostly not that awesome and sexy that they would blow ones mind.

Pros

good until 2014 when new project manager started implementing new rules of management

Cons

- a lot of overtime - threats - project manager has no respect for employees sets them free as he likes - many left or made to leave - looking for juniors to pay them less and make them work like slaves

- great for families, a lot of different events - personal growth - had nice team - nice structure - flexibility when studying

Cons

- low salary - way too many benefits (which I never used), instead of salary.
