Good Pay, Poor Benefits. Appearance and Cost more important than Patient Care

Pros

Pay is above average. Co-workers are great. Close to Home. 5-star medicare rating.

Cons

Annual Reviews and raises are rare to non-existent. Have to call in sick 3 days before you can use sick time. Sick time resets every year just in time for Flu season. Rehab staffing feels low. Vacation time is low. $18.00 Christmas Bonus is an insult.

They do accomodate flexible schedules

Cons

Senior management doesn't seem to care about employees. They give out a lot of empty promises. You have to schedule your own review or you will go years without one or a raise.

Pros

Close to home, some colleague are great to work with.

Cons

Unfair with Bonuses. Annual reviews do not exist which means you can go as long as 5 years without an increase. Definitely preference to male over woman with growth, pay and respect. They are very superficial on appearances. There are obvious religious preferences. Management beneath the President is truly non-exist because they cannot make the change to better this company. It is just a one man show.
