Company is growing exponentially and with all new management. New management is focused on the growth aspects and building a more collaborative environment. New executives have come from outside bigger companies and breaking some of the old habits.

Cons

Company needs to focus on a few initiatives and not take on more than they can chew. They need to invest in resources.
