They will hire almost anyone so as a new grad it's a good way to get experience

Cons

Poor management, poor communication and patient care, salary is low compared to other places. Busy stressful work environment. Long days. No appreciation for the work you do, only told when you do something wrong and not when you do something right

Shady bonus structure. Performance based bonuses ONLY GO DOWN. Continually hear about corporate promotions and raises while pay structure and bonuses for "partners" continue to drop. Lowest pay for anesthesiologists on Long Island. No room for advancement.
