Fair organization that really cares about its employees. Strong growing company (stable). Lots of opportunity to grow and expand your knowledge. Team environment. Management is understanding of life/work balance and are flexible w/ hours and allow work at home when needed. Culture & communication is good. Employee events are fun. there is always something going on

Cons

Health benefits are not good and very expensive. Salaries are adequite.
