Great opportunity for crnas to use skills and good collegial environment with mdas Great crnas and anesthesiologists Diverse case opportunities Ability to work with students

Cons

the bigger it gets the more it feels like just a job and not like the great team it was. Nepotism. Lowest paid group in town. Men are more likely to be offered leadership positions despite most of our crna group being female. Typical stuff like that.

Staff is great.. Upper executives/Senior Directors, Directors, Assistant Directors need people skills and open minds to best processes.

Cons

No room for promotions within for people who give 150% and are very knowledgeable! AWFUL HEALTH INSURANCE!
