Pros

Benefits package is top notch and the working conditions are good and the management tries to be fair and good to the work force!

Cons

Poor planners make decisions off the cuff the do not do a good job of contingency planning. Decisions are make without addressing alternative outcomes

Pros

It was unionized, paid well, and had good insurance benefits as well as a pension plan, plus opportunities for professional development.

Cons

As a person of colour, I dealt with microaggressions daily, and the organization lacks a basic understanding of anti-oppressive practice approaches.
