      A lot of the people are great to work with. The office is nice as well. The staff are friendly.

      Management has no idea what they are doing. They make decisions without thinking things through. They never tell the employees whats going on

      Ability to dress down was nice and the brand's were very interesting.

      Cons

      HR gave preferential treatment to my manager for meetings regarding concerns I had. In the end, they found a way to fire me due to another employee not "liking" me. They tried everything they could to damage my professional credibility and personal character, and in the end, did not focus on the positives and hard work I had performed for them in such a short time. They found a way to bar me from claiming unemployment and caused a tremendous amount of suffering for my family.

The leaders at North American Bancard want nothing more than to see our employees succeed. If there are concerns that an employee is not comfortable going to their leader with, then we offer the option to either meet with their HR Business Partner or provide an anonymous concern via the Company’s Ethics/Integrity Hotline. As it relates to your unemployment claim, we work very closely with the appropriate state agency in order to determine eligibility for unemployment and make the decision based on the data reviewed.
