I truly appreciate the "pro's" you highlighted here as we are very fast paced environment which is exciting AND we do our best to recognize and reward performance. We recognize that our talent at NAB is not only valued by us internally, but it is seen as valuable externally as well. We provide exposure to cutting edge technology and creative projects that you just can't get any place else. While working on cool projects and technology is rewarding and fun, we need to be competitive with compensation as well, so that stays a focus for us. The 'con's" mentioned in your review are concerning, though. I wish I had more information on how you are defining toxic, but I will share that we have a focus on reviewing the leadership talent we have and putting clear, consistent, intentional development together to support them. I have no doubt IF we truly have toxic leaders, this review process will flush out issues and help us continuously improve. Thank you again for your comments, I appreciate your time.
