      Pros

      This has been a very good company for me to work at so far. I have really enjoyed the openness and degree of communication at all levels of management and staff within the company. My favorite things about this company is that it is a nice place to come in to work everyday. The culture and facility are great and the workload is manageable.

      Cons

      There is a lot of turnover here for some reason. I am not sure why but I have seen a lot of people voluntarily moving on. However there are quite a few people I know who have been here for quite some time. Not sure what to make of this yet.

We are working on something that would allow us to regularly solicit feedback from employees and it should be rolled out over the next few months. I agree that there is a lot that we can learn from our employees and that surveys would help us in finding and correcting any issues in a timely manner.       Pros

      no greater feeling than leaving that place on a friday.

      Cons

      Working hard just gets you more work with no recognition or advancement. This place is a total joke. Advancement is all about political favoritism. Corporate pushes off speed of trust on everyone only to practice the exact opposite of all the values from the exercise. Management is incompetent but the upper management cares not about how depts are ran, company is all about the bottom dollar. Treated like you're in daycare. I left because of the above and so much more.

      Over time, Decent pay, will hire without experience.

      Cons

      no diversiy in leadership. Lots of politics and cronyism. Diffucult to achieve goals while following procedures. Forced to take shortcuts and hope it all works out.
