Like any job, there is good and bad; it seems to be getting better

Pros

Many jobs that other employers classify as salaried positions are hourly at NAB, meaning a 40 hour week really is 40 hours (and employees get overtime pay). They promote hiring from within, so there are lots of opportunities to move up within the organization.

Cons

There are some mangers (at various levels) who have poor management skills, including some who verbally abuse their employees. This isn't typical, but it isn't as rare as it should be.

Pros

Many companies within one building by to work for.

Cons

Upper management does not practice what it preaches. There's a double standard at NAB- one for the Upper Mgt and one for everyone else. They promote "Speed of Trust", but practice "do not trust".
