      My particular department has been awesome to work with. It is a very team oriented challenge

      Compensation is below industry average, training as a whole is terrible (there is virtually no TRUE effort to educate employees about the other functions of the company)

      Some really good people work there and try their best with they have.

      Cons

      Management cannot be trusted. They will look at you and say one thing, only to completely change the game plan and not even inform the team members. The upper management and C-Level members are very disrespectful to anyone below their level. Poorly organized and are quick to change project objectives inn the middle of a project with little or no explanation. NAB has a poor customer support reputation.
