      Pros

      Lots of interesting projects available to work on. There is very little bench time as there is always another project to work on so the day goes by very quickly. Nice office building in a good location. Hardware provided is very nice. Lots of talented developers to work with. Stable company with solid financials.

      Cons

      With all of the different projects going on things can get a bit hectic. This would not be a good fit for someone that wants to blend in and do as little work as possible.

      jeans everyday is a plus

      Cons

      Fear based management is standard, insurance is outrageously expensive, most managers are not skilled and bias, good employees leave within a year, nothing sets you up to succeed.

      Sweet parties, no weekends, generous bonuses. Not afraid to award their employees when deserving. Okay hours

      Cons

      Technology was lacking. Not enough reports were created in order for owner to review stats for his employees or management. Guessing games at times.
