      Good Training Ground For the Industry, Cuts to many corners

      Pros

      Met some good people, learned about the industry, albeit trial by fire.

      Cons

      Management is below average. Very inefficient, communications are jumbled and confusing. No one really seems engaged. Lots of Good Ideas with horrible execution. The Management is erratic and to get issues resolved there is no real straight forward system. If you can maneuver and politic you can Manage here, just wears on you after a few years.

      Pros

      Lots of interesting projects available to work on. There is very little bench time as there is always another project to work on so the day goes by very quickly. Nice office building in a good location. Hardware provided is very nice. Lots of talented developers to work with. Stable company with solid financials.

      Cons

      With all of the different projects going on things can get a bit hectic. This would not be a good fit for someone that wants to blend in and do as little work as possible.
