This company has made a lot of changes over the year which include everything from putting their mark on technology to lay offs. Of course, we know that change is eminent in any organization if they want to sustain let alone grow. However, there is quite a bit of evidence that points to a significant amount of change being based upon the whims of the Executive staff, particularly the COO and CFO. What used to be a work hard play hard open door environment has now become an ivory-tower-like hipocrisy.
