      Pros

      The people you work with are supportive and willing to teach you about the company. Work/life balance is good Nice location

      Cons

      Leadership tends to change their direction constantly which does not allow for successful completion of projects. IT management is not willing to give access to tool or data to perform jobs. Company is so dependent on using freeware or shareware to the detriment of the company If you give notice that you are leaving then management will not talk to you and looks for reasons to not pay you your full final paycheck
