      You experience great flexibility around work-life balance, and work the hours you need to deliver the results. Sometimes odd hours actually work in better with your lifestyle, and allow you to deliver outcomes while others sleep. You can experience real benefits with the project having momentum 24-7 (no expectations to work crazy hrs though - it's simply what suits the individual)

      You definitely need to negotiate your desired salary level up-front I hope that you work with a Leader that's interested and passionate about developing their team and are keen to retain staff.

      Possibility of high earnings. Casual atmosphere and dress. Lavish holiday parties, monetary bonuses

      Cons

      They want you to put the company before everything else in your life. In order make a decent living you must dedicate all of your soul, Management has no regard to how they speak to and treat employees, without seniority you may not last, there is barely a turnover rate, people come and go every week, several unethical practices
