We are pleased to see that our remote work and flexible PTO polices - and competitive compensation opportunities - were in your "pros" column. We were a bit surprised by your cons. As a longer term team member with NAB you have been part of an unbelievable growth period for our company - both organic and through strategic acquisitions. We have huge leadership opportunities in place to meet our future goals and growth strategies which accounts for tremendous succession and promotional opportunities for our valued team members.
