      Great people, great benefits, great pay and bonus, working remote is a blessing. Lots of the staff have been here for years

We also know, as you have experienced, that remote work makes it more difficult to collaborate with other departments which is why we continuously look for ways to communicate internally (town halls, news letters, Wellness Wednesdays, etc.) with our team members. We appreciate the mention of career growth, innovative technology and benefits that include flexibility and comprehensive support for our team members physically, emotionally and financially. These are all areas we are focused on to help our valued team members engage and deliver their best work. Admittedly, your subject line about "no overtime" could be positive or negative, but I didn't read any additional feedback to support it either way. I appreciate your advice to management about high turnover which is something we track and explore relentlessly. While our turnover rates are lower than average for FinTech, we are doing all we can to explore ways to make NAB a place where our team members want to stay and explore a long, successful career.
