I am sorry to hear about your termination, I am sure that being terminated from your company for any reason can be stressful and difficult to manage. I tried to investigate your specific claims but we have not had any SDR terminations - especially for policy voilation - so I cannot speak to your particular situation. I will say that violating company policy at NAB - or any company - can be the basis for a termination for cause. Our People Operations and Legal teams know that handling terminations due to policy violations requires careful consideration, professionalism and empathy and they do their best every day to uphold our company policies.
