Our journey to drive high performance at NAB while also having a laser focus on our team members' wellbeing & flexibility has not been easy. Fortunately, we have thoughtful, empathetic leaders in the C Suite who are always open to new ideas, changing benefits, etc. to meet the needs of our team members. We are THRILLED that you are happy here as we strongly believe that happy, engaged team members show up the best for our merchants and for each other. I also hear you on the difficulty of relationship development in a remote environment. In our recent Town Hall survey, several of our newer leaders mentioned this same thing so we are in the process of researching ways we can drive more community and relationship building internally while holding on to the flexibility everyone appreciates. If you have any ideas to share on that front I am all ears...we are always looking for ways to show up better for our team members! Thank you again for your feedback, we appreciate it very much.
