We are thrilled to see you are happy and engaged at NAB...all the Pro's you have mentioned are foundational to who we are and how we get things done at NAB. The best part? All credit for these flexible, wellbeing focused programs and for our great culture goes to our amazing team members. We have frequent and ongoing opportunities for our team members to tell us the "really-really" - what is working, what isn't and how we can continuously improve. Each of these Pro's came directly from team member feedback and we are grateful for it! As for your Con, we hear you and I am happy to say we are working on it. We have a focus group assisting us on ways we can pull teams together for project enhancement and relationship building...not to mention culture building and FUN! A warm hello from "across the pond"! At NAB we have a growing global presence (Some examples include: Philippines, South America, Canada, England, and our newest start up in Ireland!!) and are so happy to hear that our strong, positive US culture and presence is being felt by our team members outside of the US as well.
