Our risk and compliance team members play such a critical role at NAB and we know that expectations of our industry - especially from our valued merchants and sponsor banks – increases in complexity every day. I am pleased to see that you value our flexible work policies - remote work, flex-PTO, etc. - and have experienced a positive culture on your close knit team. We appreciate your clear and objective advice to management...we always take that seriously. Thank you for your 4-star rating and for highlighting our GREAT people (we agree!) and flexible PTO policy as a positive part of working at NAB. We work very hard to drive a strong, positive work environment at NAB where our valued team members can do great work. Your con statement is concerning, though. While I am sure you didn't mean to encompass a whole level of leaders across the enterprise, our sense if you have had a less than positive interaction with some of the mid-level managers that you may have personally worked with? I see that you are a former team member, but I am still open to additional feedback you might wish to share as we are always looking for ways to improve - and leadership development at all levels is a priority with our growth strategy.
