Individual team, benefits, remote, equipment stipend, internet stipend

Cons

Pay is below industry standard, desperate attempts by HR to be “woke”, but completely tone deaf. Upper management and csuite do not care about employees. No advancement opportunities to be heard of. They churn and burn employees.

Thank you for taking time to leave us your feedback. We are pleased that our wellbeing-based benefits and perk’s including flexible, remote work, excellent benefits and various stipends added value to your time at NAB. It is difficult to read your 'cons' and not take your comments about our HR team making desperate attempts to be "woke" a bit personally. Given in 2023 we received two separate ‘Best Company To Work For’ awards AND a Best In Class D, E & I Award for our efforts to drive belonging and inclusion (particularly through our focus on team member wellbeing) it’s very difficult to reconcile your comments. As a member of the C Suite I can absolutely confirm that we spend most of our time together focused on the wellbeing of our team members and ways we can improve and promote a strong, positive culture at NAB. Unfortunately, it looks like we have fallen short of your expectations so I welcome you to reach out to me directly to discuss this further. We are not perfect, but we are always focused on continuous improvement and welcome objective feedback that we can use to get better. Thank you again for your time and hopefully I will hear back from you personally.

As a recent hire to NAB - the recruiting and on-boarding has been top notch and my initial experience indicates that NAB really does focus on driving a positive employee experience and culture!

We are in year-three of our strategy to create a "white glove" onboarding experience for new hires, and it looks like we met your expectations...cannot ask for more than that! I am very excited for you to experience CONNECTIVITY@NAB our new(er) hire, peer group experience that provides a deeper dive into our business, introduces you to more key leaders and helps you to build deeper relationships with others who joined NAB around the same time you did. It’s an amazing program and continuously gets high marks from our new hires! While you mention not having any 'cons' at this time, I do want to encourage you to reach out to your HR Business Partner or to me directly if you ever have feedback on your employment experience - positive or an opportunity to improve - we want to hear from you. Thank you for taking time out to share your feedback with us…especially at the beginning of a holiday weekend! While a 3-star rating is not bad, it’s clearly not what we want to see nor what we strive for every day at NAB. Your review says you are a current team member, but your feedback is written in past tense, so I am guessing you are no longer employed with us? It sounds like you found value in your team experience and that you enjoyed your coworkers – that is what we love to hear! We agree that NAB has some of the most talented and caring team members in the industry and we are happy they made your time here valuable. In terms of Con’s you shared you were unhappy with “hourly pay” for full-time…but our Quality Automation Engineers are NOT HOURLY JOBS. These are highly valued, technical SALARIED LEVEL positions, and that role is part of an annual benchmark process to ensure we are paying at or above industry average. This leaves me a bit confused with how to address your concerns but I do want to reiterate that I am always open to conversation, so if you would like to reach out to me personally, I would be happy to discuss your feedback further.
