Could be better

Pros

Casual Dress. Occasional drawings for Tvs/Game Systems which seems to have died down lately. Company does allow for personal development, however, it typically leaves you underpaid for the positions you're performing.

Cons

Grossly underpaid in many positions. Speed of trust is preached and never followed through with within the company. Talks of wage increase to come up to par with industry standards were dangled in front of employees for 2 years, and no substantial pay increases were rewarded. Employees are forced to take on additional responsibilities with no form of compensation, or training for said responsibilities. The teams are required to work off hours at seconds notice, with absolutely no transparency from the leadership. The company has a very poor work/life balance, and employees are often frustrated from being mistreated and spoken to as children by much of the leadership of the company. Much of what is heard around the building is talk of people's mistrust, and job searching.

*BLESSED* That I No Longer Work Here

Pros

There are no pros; in fact, if I could give no stars, I would. Don't be fooled by their casual dress code, popcorn machines, and "spirit days." The horror of this company is masked behind trivial nonsense. I ran from here the first chance I got.

Cons

Where do I begin? I had BAD vibes my very first week, and they turned out to be accurate. All of my colleagues and managers were extremely condescending, rude and manipulative. Everyone is very quick to place blame on others to get the heat off their own back, since everyone is so "overworked." I have never encountered such a lack of teamwork in my life - everything is always a problem, and everybody just wants to argue with each other. Trust me though, they'll try to talk quietly in front of new employees so they don't scare them off. They'll also shove their "high trust" culture down your throat, which is comical based on the reality of this place. There's a ton of micro-management that goes on, and a great deal of being told to do things that are completely not within your job scope. Everyone there thinks they are entitled to have a secretary since they are too ignorant to do anything themselves. The turnover here is outrageous, and now I know why. Don't make the same mistake I did - AVOID this place at all costs. Horrible company. Horrible people.

Pros

Free coffee, TVs around the building, in building restaurant.

Cons

Supervisors, management, hours that constantly change, reactionary company instead of a proactive company. No room for growth unless you are in a clique with certain people.
