Pros

The people are great. Lots of innovation in an unpredictable industry. Company appreciates hard workers and rewards them. Great opportunities available for advancement and promotion as the company is on a rapid growth trajectory. Much talent exists here. Great to work with intelligent, dedicated people who really want to make a difference. Glad I work here!

Cons

As with many fast growing organizations, systems and processes need some refining. Communication channels (formal and informal) are always challenging but much effort is being made to 'get it right'.

Pros

My particular department has been awesome to work with. It is a very team oriented challenge

Cons

Compensation is below industry average, training as a whole is terrible (there is virtually no TRUE effort to educate employees about the other functions of the company)

Couldn’t be happier…..

Pros

I can’t say enough positive about my experience working at NAB. I’ve spent the past 20 years working for companies who talk the talk on work-life balance, but NAB walks the walk. I’ve been at NAB for two years and have a great leader and work with an amazing team. I feel appreciated, valued and heard. Most teams work fully remote or hybrid since the pandemic and the company has embraced that forward thinking business strategy. From onboarding and training on your first day throughout your career, there is a welcoming, positive environment. I was shocked on my first day to get private messages from over 20 people in different departments around the company welcoming me. The company has an innovative onboarding process that really makes you feel included especially being remote. I am continually impressed with the diversity and inclusion initiatives. I truly couldn’t be happier…..

Cons

The only con is that working in a remote environment can be isolating at times, however the company has initiatives to help you feel included.

Thank you for taking time to share this amazing five-star review! Our journey to drive high performance at NAB while also having a laser focus on our team members' wellbeing & flexibility has not been easy. Fortunately, we have thoughtful, empathetic leaders in the C Suite who are always open to new ideas, changing benefits, etc. to meet the needs of our team members. We are THRILLED that you are happy here as we strongly believe that happy, engaged team members show up the best for our merchants and for each other. I also hear you on the difficulty of relationship development in a remote environment. In our recent Town Hall survey, several of our newer leaders mentioned this same thing so we are in the process of researching ways we can drive more community and relationship building internally while holding on to the flexibility everyone appreciates. If you have any ideas to share on that front I am all ears...we are always looking for ways to show up better for our team members! Thank you again for your feedback, we appreciate it very much.
