Thank you for your review and rating, we always appreciate and value feedback from our longer term team members. I am so happy that you added GREAT work/life balance because our team member have told us time and again how very important that is. We know that our team members operate in a fast paced, changing environment so anything we can do to help them balance or blend work and life to address the many priorities we all have, we want to do it! Of course our remote work helps with the work life balance and our team members have proven the ability to be successful remotely while still having the ability to come on site for team meetings, training and team building as needed. As for your Con's and advice to management, we were very disappointed to see your feedback - especially around communication and company initiatives. We have prioritized internal communications and even held our first ever all hands town hall (remote) in August, but it is clear from your feedback that more is needed. To that end, I encourage you to reach out to me directly with any suggestions or ideas you might have around ways we can improve the communication - we would welcome the discussion and are always looking for ways to get better.
