      Pros

      I found the company's commitment to innovation and technology quite impressive. The focus on staying at the forefront of payment processing solutions is commendable. Additionally, I had some positive interactions with colleagues who were knowledgeable and supportive.

      None that I can think of..=)

We have such amazingly talented and intelligent team members in all areas of our business...but your comment about the support you have experienced was the best! Our team members really care about the merchants we work to support, the team members we work with and the overall company we work for. There is a commitment to innovation but that can only become a reality when the team members who innovate truly care and collaborate.       Great teams at NAB

      Pros

      My team is amazing and we always make sure to have each others backs. My leader is always available, willing to help and makes the extra effort to ensure I have what I need to get my job done. Other teams we work with are great to collaborate and interact with. Being remote is also a huge plus for me. It allows for the balance I need in my life.

      Cons

      It can be very fast paced. You have to be good at pivoting and flexible with shifting priorities.

We may be biased, but our team members at NAB are talented, sure...but what makes our teams so special (as you indicated here) is the collaboration and willingness to help each other out. Our "Just 10" engagement surveys rated this at the top of our positive culture. We know there is no "perfect" culture, but our team members and our team leaders work very hard to ensure people feel valued and to recognize that they add value from day one. We are so pleased that you have experienced this first hand in your short time with us and look forward to your success at NAB.       Direct training and connect through Linked In for further training opportunities. Genuine concern for employees. Flexible and supportive of work - life balance.

      Cons

      Can be an intense job with a lot of focus. Makes multitasking multiple accounts a challenge.
