Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry you didn’t have a great experience during your time at NAB although it does look like you were able to work with some smart and talented people which is positive. We continuously look for ways to enhance team member satisfaction and are working hard to make NAB the best place. I wish your review provided some actionable feedback - we always take these reviews seriously and use the feedback as an opportunity for improvement whenever possible. You are welcomed to connect with me offline to share more specifics on what you feel could be improved. We wish you the best in your career.

Pros

Benefits are ok and allow remote work with equipment sent quickly

Cons

This company is so far behind in tech and refuses to pay for talent. When you are good at your job on a team of multiyear tenured employees who coast and do the minimum you are assigned all of their work. Thats across all departments These employees will say bad things about you and make "joking physical harm threats" and if you report to HR/management they will only respond like noting happened. HR will respond longer with more detail to this posts than my complaint.

While I always appreciate actionable feedback, I admit being a bit confused about your post in that we don't have any Business Analysts in Jacksonville, FL. nor have we had any reports of team member threats - joking or otherwise - in all of 2022. I have no wish to be skeptical of your post and -per your feedback - I prefer not to leave a detailed response for you if it is not valued, so I will do the best I can by strongly encouraging you to reach out to me directly to discuss the con's you have listed here. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

While it is always difficult to read a one star review, I am grateful for your feedback as we continuously look to improve. It is always a goal to provide a challenging work environment and competitive pay for our team members, but it's clear that your experience at NAB has been less than satisfactory. Since you are currently working at NAB, you know that the workload and performance pressures during this pandemic have increased for all of us, so I was surprised to read that you feel as though you don’t need to work much. As we place increasing emphasis on collaboration, innovative problem solving and continuous improvement we would welcome any team member with excess capacity and a desire to develop and grow, to join a task force or cross functional team. I encourage you to speak to your direct supervisor for options or reach out to our VP of Talent to talk through opportunities. I agree with your advice to management around the need to better understand what our team members need. As we continue to grow as an organization, it's important to develop feedback loops that will tell us more about how our team members think and feel. I know it is just a start, but over the past 6 months we have implemented multiple surveys, focus groups and one-on-one interviews with team members across the company seeking feedback. We are asking important questions, and more importantly we are listening. For example, our current remote work policy, including a home office reimbursement program and technology reimbursement program, were developed and prioritized based upon the collective voice of our team members. I personally welcome you to contact me directly, I would appreciate hearing more so we can continue to improve. I believe we can always do better and am happy to listen to your suggestions. Thank you, Kari Lawry Chief People Officer
