We appreciate your feedback and this very balanced review. We are happy to see you valued our flexible PTO and remote work environment while you were employed at NAB. Over the past several years we have worked hard to create a work environment where our team members feel valued so they can do their best work and create value for our merchants. I was a bit confused by your cons speaking to the lack of entry or mid-career level positions and consulted our Talent Acquisition team for validation. From their perspective we usually have a bell-curve of openings with the majority of our opportunities falling at the mid-level individual contributor or manager level. Over the past few years we have also engaged in a robust internship program which attracts amazingly talented and motivated college and grad school students of which several have been hired directly. We do take your feedback seriously though, so I will continue to keep an eye on our career opportunities as we do want our team members to see a long and successful path at NAB. We appreciate your subject line...People Centric Culture. While this is clearly our true north at NAB, we know that we need to earn our right to say we are a people centric culture day in and day out. This is the "why" behind our nationally recognized wellness and mental health initiatives, programming and policies.
