I was so disappointed to see your review and I wish you would have taken the time to share more actionable feedback with me. On the positive side, you found your time at NAB to be a wonderful opportunity and a great learning experience. Its unfortunate you felt that the CSR pay was low, but we review our pay ranges against market every year and reviewed our Califorian range for your position before responding to this post. I will tell you that we are paying at or above market based upon the data we have, but I also know that many companies are interested in the amazing talent we have at NAB and frequently make offers that are much higher in market to lure our talent away. We are doing what we can to keep up and of course we are looking at the whole package too - total rewards and not just pay. So things like remote work, flexible PTO and Zen spend accounts are ways we attempt to make the "whole compensation package" more competitive. We do thank you for your feedback and want you to know we are committed to doing all we can to keep our pay and benefits at or above market to attract and retain the great talent we have at NAB.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the delayed response to your submission but it just showed up on our stream even though it says you submitted on Jan 16, 2022. Not sure what happened there, but my apologies. I appreciate the kudos to the support and administrative staff. I always struggle with how folks define 'support & administrative staff' in any organization, but my hope is you mean our back office team: HR, IT, Facilities, Marketing, etc. I agree we have incredibly talented and CARING folks in these departments who only want to help NAB do well by doing good by our people. As for the 'unprofessional leadership'...I would appreciate it if you would be willing to reach out to me personally on this one? As part of the C-suite, I am very concerned about your comments. Kirk Haggarty, Jim Parkinson, David Greenberg and I all work very hard to do what is right by our team members and our merchants - in THAT order. I believe the steps we have taken around implementing richer compensation & benefitsoptions and a stronger, more intentional cultural strategy with BELONGING@NAB, CONNECTIVITY@NAB & LEVELUP@NAB, etc. are all examples to ways we are not only driving a strong, positive culture but leading with respect & responsiveness for our team members. I cannot speak to any particular issues you may have had with our innovative, entrepreneurial founder, Marc Gardner, but I can personally speak for Kirk, Jim, David and myself and the level of professionalism we hold ourselves and others to day in and day out at NAB. Hi and thanks for sharing your feedback. Since you are a former employee that mentions 'free coffee' my guess is you worked for NAB pre Covid since 98% of our team members are remote and on site coffee service is suspended. That being said, I appreciate the "Pro's" you listed as 1) GREAT people (agreed!), 2) GREAT management (LOVE to hear that!), and of course the coffee! I cannot agree with you more that we have the most amazing people at NAB who, inspite of the pandemic, do all they can to work smart and have fun. I have never seen a more collaborative, problem solving focused group of people and it is showing up again this year in our company results. I would love to be able to address your "Con's" or "Advice to Management" but you really didn't leave any actionable feedback to respond to. I still value your opinions and we are always looking for ways to continuously improve, so I encourage you to reach out to me personally to discuss further at any time. Thank you for your review, while I am not at all satisfied with a one star rating...I am very happy that the things that matter most - our people and our leaders - ranked high in your review.
