Pros

Coworkers for the most part are good, they know how to throw a great party.

Cons

No job security and forget about career advancement from within even if you are qualified, it doesn't exsist at NAB. Upper management will lie to your face, they don't care about their they employees only care about money. This is by far the most heartless company I've ever worked for. The HR department is all backstabbing individuals they wont help you even if you need it. Takes weeks to get an email response from the payroll or benefits department.

We appreciate your feedback. We continue to look for opportunities to provide the tools and resources to our team members to assist them with career advancement. Our number one source for talent is in fact, our team members. Year to date for 2018, 82 team members have either been promoted or transitioned into different positions. Our Human Resources Department is working hard to provide more expedient responses to requests, which should improve once we are fully staffed.
