It never feels good to receive a 2-star review, but we appreciate the time you took to share your feedback on NAB. Being newer to the company, I have only heard stories about our past holiday parties and would agree that it sounds like they were amazing opportunities for team members to gather and celebrate. Hopefully, post-COVID, we will have a chance to experience those great times together again. It is concerning that you experienced unprofessional interactions with some team members at NAB. One of our core values is "experience focused" were we strive to make every experience with every person - internal or external - positive. Does that always happen? No. But in the spirit of continuous improvement, when it doesn't, we hope that team members like you would reach out to their team members or leaders to discuss and solve for the situation. We feel badly that you didn't have a positive experience at NAB, but know that we take your feedback seriously and will explore opportunities to improve upon our "experience focus".

We appreciate your feedback, even if the score is not where we would like it to be. In the middle of a pandemic it is difficult to offer anyone "job security" but we are proud to say our turnover numbers have dropped and our stated focus for 2021 is all around people - development, culture, inclusion, etc. I was pleased to see that your "pro" comment was around career advancement. In a high growth company like NAB, there are always advancement opportunities for high performance/high commitment team members. We have already advanced and promoted several key leaders in the first few weeks of 2021 to ensure our teams are structured under the best leadership to ensure our success in 2021. While we agree that everyone in today's workforce should have a plan B in place - the uncertainty of the pandemic, political and social environments have proven that! - our focus as a company is to grow, develop and retain our best talent and we are putting valuable resources towards doing just that in 2021.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback in this review. We were surprised and disappointed by your rating and feedback and would highly encourage you to reach out to your direct leader or to your HR Business Partner to discuss your concerns for advancement. 2021 is already shaping up to be a year filled with growth and opportunity for all NAB team members! We have prioritized acquisitions and talent development which equates to opportunity for advancement for those that want it/get it and have the capacity to do it. Its an exciting time at NAB and we would love to get you engaged in the changes to come. Thank you again for your time and I hope you take the time to also reach out to people that can help you make career advancement decisions.
