Pros

Work/Family/Life balance! This company is amazing for this alone, but there are so many other great things about NAB! The culture, the managers, the people, it truly is one of the best places I've ever worked.

None that come to mind.

Pros

Nice company culture where employees seem to care about the company and its customers. Nice benefits package that could use improvement on employee out of pocket expenses.

Cons

Management continues to purchase software that they never seem to be able to implement. Must have ability to run at least 6 disparate systems at the same time while making and receiving calls can be quite difficult and challenging at times. Training was pretty much up to you to figure-out and the comp plan is a mess. No way are you going to make $75k your first year which is what they tell you during the hiring process. Management provides very little help in terms of pipeline management, quota management and understanding NAB’s product line.
