Thank you so much for your balanced review of NAB and, frankly, our industry. We always get excited when we see pros such as Best Leadership Teams, Great Work Environment, Flexibility, Unlimited PTO and Advancement listed…we have worked very hard over the past 4 years to focus on those things so it is very satisfying to see they are providing value to our team members. As a con you listed the instability in our industry right now. While all industries fight ups and downs, I can share that our growth trajectory at NAB is aggressive. We have amazing new software and products in the market or ready to launch that we know will add value to the merchants we serve. We are excited about the future and are so grateful for the role you will play in it as a technical writer and editor. Thank you for your feedback!

We are thrilled to see you are happy and engaged at NAB...all the Pro's you have mentioned are foundational to who we are and how we get things done at NAB. The best part? All credit for these flexible, wellbeing focused programs and for our great culture goes to our amazing team members. We have frequent and ongoing opportunities for our team members to tell us the "really-really" - what is working, what isn't and how we can continuously improve. Each of these Pro's came directly from team member feedback and we are grateful for it! As for your Con, we hear you and I am happy to say we are working on it. We have a focus group assisting us on ways we can pull teams together for project enhancement and relationship building...not to mention culture building and FUN!
