Thank you for taking time out to share your feedback with us…especially at the beginning of a holiday weekend! While a 3-star rating is not bad, it’s clearly not what we want to see nor what we strive for every day at NAB. Your review says you are a current team member, but your feedback is written in past tense, so I am guessing you are no longer employed with us? It sounds like you found value in your team experience and that you enjoyed your coworkers – that is what we love to hear! We agree that NAB has some of the most talented and caring team members in the industry and we are happy they made your time here valuable. In terms of Con’s you shared you were unhappy with “hourly pay” for full-time…but our Quality Automation Engineers are NOT HOURLY JOBS. These are highly valued, technical SALARIED LEVEL positions, and that role is part of an annual benchmark process to ensure we are paying at or above industry average. This leaves me a bit confused with how to address your concerns but I do want to reiterate that I am always open to conversation, so if you would like to reach out to me personally, I would be happy to discuss your feedback further. Thank you and Happy Holidays!

Thank you so much for your five star review! We definitely do not take any positive review for granted and are so happy YOU are happy here at NAB. We get a particular satisfaction when team members mention our caring managers as a "Pro". While no company is perfect - and we will always work to continuously improve - we invest a majority of our time and resources into leadership development. We believe that when leaders do better, the whole company does better. I am thrilled you are feeling that in such a positive way. Thank you again for taking time to share your review, we are very grateful.

Pros

Full Time Remote, Company provided Laptop

Cons

Less than stellar health insurance thru BCBS of Michigan. Medical Deductible for Single employee is $1000. Co-pay for a specific maintenance drug is $1015.00, monthly. NAB obviously has selected one of the cheaper group policies for their employees. Due to excessive co-pay for a particular maintenance prescription; I've had to apply for State Drug Assistance just to cover the co-pay for a maintenance drug. In my 20+ years of work history; I've NEVER needed State Drug Assistance until joining this company.

Hi there, and thank you for taking time to share your feedback. While we were not excited to see a 2-star rating we were happy to see that you are a current employee because your feedback on our benefits - specifically our medical program and prescription benefits - did not line up with what we know to be true of our plans and we want to help you. To assist me with this response, I reached out to John Price, Director of Total Rewards, and John's response to you is: " NAB is proud to offer our team members a strong health plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan that is in line or better than industry benchmarks - across several industries - in both our employee-only coverage deductible and out-of-pocket maximums. Our four-tiered prescription drug coverage also aligns with benchmark. We are concerned this team member has noted these costs for a prescription as they are FAR BEYOND our copay amounts. The in-network maximum co-pay for a speciality prescription is only $150. We encourage this team member to reach out to our NAB benefits team at anytime so we can gather more information, investigate further, and do all we can to help." I will reiterate John's request that you please reach out to our benefits team directly so we can help you with this situation. Thank you.
