I have to admit, I am a bit confused about how best to respond to your one-star rating and then your comment that NAB is a "Great Company". Given our year-over-year growth and revenue trajectory combined with our multiple acquisitions, its hard to align that with your statement that NAB has no potential. Clearly - if you are truly a current team member - you are struggling in your role and its concerning to us. We have marching orders to add more sales representatives in 2024 so retaining great talent in our sales area is a top priority...we don't want any sales talent to think we are looking at terminations. I welcome you to please reach out to your HR Business Partner or to me directly to have an open conversation about the current state of your employment situation with us.
