      Pros

      NAB has a very positive environment, friendly supervisors, regular bonuses, great benefits, plenty of vacation and sick days.

      Cons

      Difficult dealing with angry customers all day.

The details listed in your "Pros" had us all grinning as they were items we have all been focused on in our continuing efforts to create a strong positive work culture where our team members feel recognized and rewarded for doing great work. I also appreciate your advice to Management as I KNOW we have really amazing people managers at NAB. How do I know? Because 85% of our team members agreed or strongly agreed to this question in our most recent "Just 10" pulse survey: "My immediate manager is supportive and cares about my wellbeing." I am so pleased to see that you have experienced that caring support from your manager as well and appreciate the time you took out of your busy day to share that with us.       Good company, great people, somewhat disorganized

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Remote-friendly. Most people are extremely helpful and have a sense of urgency.

      Cons

      No sense of direction. Too many decisions/directions without involving day-to-day stakeholders. Perceived lack of organization at the senior leadership level. Comp is below average.

      Thank you for your review and rating, we always appreciate and value feedback from our longer term team members. I am so happy that you added GREAT work/life balance because our team member have told us time and again how very important that is. We know that our team members operate in a fast paced, changing environment so anything we can do to help them balance or blend work and life to address the many priorities we all have, we want to do it! Of course our remote work helps with the work life balance and our team members have proven the ability to be successful remotely while still having the ability to come on site for team meetings, training and team building as needed. As for your Con's and advice to management, we were very disappointed to see your feedback - especially around communication and company initiatives. We have prioritized internal communications and even held our first ever all hands town hall (remote) in August, but it is clear from your feedback that more is needed. To that end, I encourage you to reach out to me directly with any suggestions or ideas you might have around ways we can improve the communication - we would welcome the discussion and are always looking for ways to get better. Again, thank you so much for taking the time to write this review, we appreciate it.

      Pros

      I found the company's commitment to innovation and technology quite impressive. The focus on staying at the forefront of payment processing solutions is commendable. Additionally, I had some positive interactions with colleagues who were knowledgeable and supportive.

      None that I can think of..=)

We have such amazingly talented and intelligent team members in all areas of our business...but your comment about the support you have experienced was the best! Our team members really care about the merchants we work to support, the team members we work with and the overall company we work for. There is a commitment to innovation but that can only become a reality when the team members who innovate truly care and collaborate.
