      Great teams at NAB

      Pros

      My team is amazing and we always make sure to have each others backs. My leader is always available, willing to help and makes the extra effort to ensure I have what I need to get my job done. Other teams we work with are great to collaborate and interact with. Being remote is also a huge plus for me. It allows for the balance I need in my life.

      Cons

      It can be very fast paced. You have to be good at pivoting and flexible with shifting priorities.

      We loved your subject line "Great Teams At NAB" and could not agree with you more! We may be biased, but our team members at NAB are talented, sure...but what makes our teams so special (as you indicated here) is the collaboration and willingness to help each other out. Our "Just 10" engagement surveys rated this at the top of our positive culture. We know there is no "perfect" culture, but our team members and our team leaders work very hard to ensure people feel valued and to recognize that they add value from day one.       Direct training and connect through Linked In for further training opportunities. Genuine concern for employees. Flexible and supportive of work - life balance.

      Cons

      Can be an intense job with a lot of focus. Makes multitasking multiple accounts a challenge.

      Lots of Opportunities to Learn and Grow in this Fast Paced Environment!

      Pros

      -Lots of opportunities for growth and learning within this large company and it's subsidiaries -Benefits are generous including unlimited PTO and the Company does lots of wellness initiatives and fun contests throughout the year -Remote work allows for flexibility and provides a vast network of coworkers all over the country -Hours are generally favorable and reasonable but can vary based on department or time of month/year -Compensation and bonus plan are generous and are adjusted accordingly if you live in a higher cost of living state compared to Michigan where the Company is based.

      Cons

      -The Company has a start-up feel with it's fast paced changes and this is definitely not for everyone but can be seen as an inviting challenge for some -The payments industry is highly specialized and complex and presents a huge learning curve for most
